Drafting a To Do List with Pen & Paper.
Everytime when I start loosing my focus , I start writing down all my important aspects. And after writing I spend 5 minute to read and analyze which are things which can be done today itself. Also underline all important tasks. Or Mark it somehow.
End of the day I make sure that I finish all tasks.. and I do not call it a day until I get all things done in my list. This way I push myself to focus only on important things. I inform all my sub-ordinates about my schedule.
This practice has helped me all the time when I am having pile of work to finish or you have an ambition to do a lot more with your time.
